Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers have taken the field against the New Orleans Saints in a game that has been full of surprise run backs and scores. At this writing over 60 points have been scored with an entire quarter left to be played.
The "Cheeseheads" are ecstatic to have the home town boys open at Lambeau. The screams are deafening. The team is playing in front of its owners. Green Bay Packers are owned by their fans. They have no cheerleading squad they use the cheerleaders form two local colleges. This is truly a unique organization.
The Green and Gold are definitely taking it to the Saints and the crowd is loving it. Will the Pack be able to repeat their spectacular finish of last season? That remains to be seen.
I live in a split household when football season starts. There are two Ravens fans, two Redskin fans and one very committed Packer fan. Some seasons are very tough here in our home. But we still get along, even if with a few jabs and laughs a day.
This fan bleeds purple (yeah I am one of the Raven fans in the household)but I do love to watch the Pack play.
